1. Database Demo (₹99)

• The ₹99 Database Demo is a paid evaluation service.
• Once the demo has been purchased and access has been provided, the payment is non-refundable.
• The demo is intended solely for evaluation before purchasing a bulk database.

2. Bulk Database Purchase

• Customers are advised to review the paid demo before purchasing any bulk database package.
• Once the bulk database has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds may only be considered if Anveen Web Solutions is unable to deliver the purchased service.

3. Website Development Services

• A 50% advance payment is required before the project begins.
• If the project is cancelled before development starts, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable transaction or administrative charges.
• Once development work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• The remaining 50% payment must be completed before the final website is delivered.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a customer makes a duplicate payment due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, the extra amount will be refunded after successful verification.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
